Card Vault if you couldn't guess is a program that catalogs the cards you own, allows you to design decks, and even offers you a chance to sell and buy cards that you need. This program is not exclusive to cards however. Collectable miniature games like Mage Knight, and MechWarrior Darkage can also be cataloged and designed with Card Vault. Overall I found Card Vault to be every bit as user friendly as Army Builder. The layout will be familiar to those that have used Army Builder. Card descriptions, Rarity, and fluff are all available for purposes of looking up cards that you are interested in. As you are constructing decks you can also narrow the scope of the cards you wish to look for by type, faction, artist and such. Also Card Vault alerts you if you are below or exceeding tournament legal deck construction rules. Card Vault can also catalog the cards and miniatures that you own. CV will assume a quantity of three for each card and you can work from there. This is a valuable tool not only for keeping track of what you have but it also lets you know what's in use and what you have left of a particular card. You can also use Card Vault to try to find cards that you need. You can create Wish Lists of cards that you desire and this information can be uploaded along with cards that you would like to sell. I thought this was a cool feature, and very far thinking. Files for all the most popular CCG's and CMG's are available. Magic, Star Wars, Legend of the Five Rings, Warhammer 40k, Lord of the Rings, Mage Knight, Marvel Hero Clix, and Mech Warrior are all currently available, and more files are added on an almost weekly basis.
